A simple module that provides an alternative command to Filer_Run which is much better suited to some tasks than Filer_Run itself is.
The module also provides *IfTask and *IfNTask commands which can be used to execute a command if a named task is (or is not) running.
The main function of FilerHRun is, however, to provide an alternative to Filer_Run. Specifically, FilerHRun has the following advantages over Filer_Run:

    Doesn't check the shift key at all.
    Can be used for any command, not just to run files/apps.
    Doesn't offer the file (if any) to already running tasks. 

FilerHRun is ideal for starting tasks, eg.
